Your package must be redeemed within 30 days of purchase. Failure to provide the required form and/or assets within that time will result in forfeiting your ability to have the project completed, and no refund will be provided.

If feedback is not provided within 1-2 business days, it could impact the timeline of your project. If feedback is not given 30 days after we provide the design draft, the project will be considered abandoned and you will forfeit the ability to have the project completed, without a refund.
