Digital Products

All the products offered by PandaCommission's A La Carte Store are digital. We do not sell or ship physical goods, and therefore, shipping policies are not applicable.

No Refund Policy

Please note that all sales of digital products are final. Once payment has been made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Forfeiture and Abandonment

If a project is forfeited or considered abandoned as per our Terms and Conditions — for instance, failure to provide required assets or feedback within the stipulated time frame — no refunds will be issued.

Revisions

Our product packages include up to three rounds of revisions as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. Failure to be satisfied with the product after these revisions does not qualify the customer for a refund.

Exceptions

There are no exceptions to this no-refund policy. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase is non-refundable under any circumstances.
