By purchasing our Products, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

Digital Products

All the Products offered on our website are digital. We do not sell physical goods, and therefore, there is no shipping involved in any of our transactions.

Payment Terms

Payments are due upon placing an order. No work will commence until payment has been received in full or as per the agreed payment schedule.

Delivery Timeline

The initial draft will be delivered up to 7-10 business days after all required assets and forms are received.

Revisions

Customers are entitled to up to three rounds of revisions on all items. Any additional changes beyond these three rounds will incur additional cost

Redemption and Forfeiture

All purchased Products must be redeemed within 30 days from the date of purchase. Failure to provide the required form and/or assets within 30 days will result in forfeiture of the project, and no refunds will be issued.

Customer Feedback

Customers are required to provide feedback within 1-2 business days after receiving any design draft. Failure to provide timely feedback will impact the project's timeline and may result in delayed delivery.

If feedback is not provided within 30 days after the design draft has been sent, the project will be considered abandoned. In this case, you will forfeit your ability to have the project completed, and no refund will be issued.

No Refund Policy

All sales of digital Products are final and non-refundable. If a project is abandoned or forfeited as per the terms outlined above, no refunds will be issued.

Liability Limitations

PandaCommission shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

PandaCommission reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions regularly.
